The group have been at it again although limited in numbers but not lacking in enthusiasm.
We met on 17th June at The Pond to tackle areas in the Tinhead end of the village clearing the nettles and weeds around the pond again, a never ending task. We also part sided-out the path and clearing the road gutters around the Green and Tinhead Road. Additionally the path to The Wier was de-weeded and swept.
The cake of the month was “lemon drizzle”.
Our next gathering will be on 15th July meeting at the Parish Hall Carpark at 9.30am when we will focus on jobs at that end of the village.
