The issues of speeding, pedestrian safety and traffic levels on the B3098 have been a cause of concern for many years and the Parish Council are trying again to address these concerns by seeking action from Wiltshire Council. 

We now have a growing data set of Speed Indicator Device (SID) statistics to support our case, but this alone will not be sufficient to prompt action to be taken by Wiltshire Council. In advance of a further attempt to offer proposals for a strategy for managing the B3098 through our village, we are seeking your views about traffic flows and safety on the B3098. By directly canvassing villager concerns in this way, we hope to gather important perspectives and data that we can present to Wiltshire Council to support our case for some form of traffic calming.
