Situated less than half a mile from the Ethandun battle site. Peter Hailstone makes Anglo Saxon inspired “Ethandun Metal Gifts”, repairs “Carre Sunburst” chairs and makes “Tripod Trivets” for campers and backpackers. Also, bespoke items for the home and garden by welding, forging, and riveting.
Designing and hand-crafting metal items is what Peter enjoys doing the most, especially if a customer is keen to get involved in the design stage.
He also carries out general metal work and repairs within and around our village.
